The Best Free Website Builders
With so many free website builders available, it can be hard to determine what the best options are without actually trying them out. Website builders are tools that make designing a website much easier because they do not require the designer to create or edit any coding such as HTML, PHP, or CSS. There are two basic categories of website builders. The first are online tools that hosting companies share with their users to help create private websites. The other kind of website builder is a piece of software that is used on a PC or laptop and then uploaded to the server.
The offline option is often geared more towards professional website designers and will only offer free trials. While you can find free Website editors or HTML editors, these are not technically website builders because the user must do some coding in order to create the website. So all of the best website builders below are all online and found via specific companies that will host your website for free.
1. Google Sites. It should be no surprise with amount of free tools that Google has created that a website builder is one of them. Google's website builder makes it extremely easy to create a website using one of their templates and then modify the layout, look, and feel of your website with a simple drag and drop interface. Additionally, integrating other Google products such as Google Docs, RSS, and Google Calendar a snap.
2. Webs. Webs.com provides you with every tool that you will need to create a professional looking website within a matter of minutes. They have more than 300 templates to choose from and a very user friendly page editor. If you can use a word processor, then you can use their Page Editor. You can add new pages, enter text, add images and videos, insert widgets, and much more. Additionally, using their drag and drop interface, you can create columns, change the font size and colors, add sections, and more. You can even create a webstore with either Paypal or Google Checkout as the payment processor.
3. Wix. Wix stands out from the crowd because it allows you to create flash websites. Almost every free website builder will limit you to HTML only. The website builder is completely based upon the drag and drop ability that Wix provides. Additionally, Wix has created a number of templates to make sure that your website is very search engine friendly. If you want to add some Flash to your website, then Wix might be the way to go. You simply find a template that you like and start editing.
Finding a free website builder can be a tall order if you do not know where to look. This is especially true if you are planning on creating a Flash website. Keep in mind that the best free website builders are tied to specific companies that will host your website for free. If you are looking to host your own website, on your own domain, then make sure that your hosting company provides a free website builder for you.

QUESTION:
The best free website host/builder?
I want to design and run a website, but I don't know how to code and I can't afford to have one designed for me. So I'm going to use a free web host and register a domain and use that domain within the free web host, which I'm really sure is possible.I need it to be quite sleek and with lots of features, but for free!
I'm going to be reviewing cafes and restaurants, so I'll need to be able to upload pictures, sort of like in a blog style, but I want it to be more organised than a blog, or I'd just use a blog... also I don't know how to change the layout of a blog or if you can use your own domain.
All help is appreciated, as always 10 points to the best answer. Thank you!

ANSWER:
This is just like my situation. I had a domain name and I didn't want to keep paying the monthly fee to my web host. I did some research and found out about free webhosting. I ended up going with this company: http://www.000webhost.com/283682.htmlThey have lots of free website building tools and templates which make it easy to get your site up and going. I redesigned my site from scratch and it was done within a few days. You don't even need to know html code or anything like that. I think it will work great for your site.

QUESTION:
Where is the best place to host and build a website!?!?!?!?
Where is the best place to host and build a flash website!?!?!?!?
Okay, I swear I checked out every hosting site and their reviews. However, I still can't decide on which is the best. Everysite site has tons of good and bad things about it. Basicly my main concern is having a great web designer. I could honestly care less about the CPanel, and SQL Server base and all. All, I want is a good site that's around or less a month, and has a great web builder that supports custom HTML (for embedding objects and all) If it comes with a free domain on registration that's a plus. Now out of these, which do you think is the best. Ipage, Justhost, sitecube, or bluehost. or anther.oh btw, I'm not creating a business site, I'm creating a video and radio stream site, I'm useing wix.com but I want to change it to another one like this site, and I want eye popping graphics with flash.

QUESTION:
Best web host for my specific needs?
I looked around and so far all the websites listing / reviewing web hosts seem to be either poorly constructed, in business with the hosts they advertise and not at all objective. So instead of crawling the net, i decided to ask peoples opinion.Heres the deal: I'm a graphic designer / web designer and i generally know what the hell i'm doing. Right now i'm stuck with justhost, and i really do hate it pretty bad. I guess they base their features around it being "so easy a beginner could do it" but if you're not interested in using their site builder, wordpress, or any of their other features, you basically have to work around all the clutter they left for you. I'm sick of all the little sh** thats out of place, like not being able to find the "config.inc.php" file for phpmyadmin, not being able to connect to my FTP accounts and then talking with a robot (yeah, a ROBOT) for an hour while he lists off FAQs i've already checked...
I'm thinking its probably just best to find a reliable web host with only the functionality i cant install myself for free. Hopefully one with decent customer service.
So maybe you could read through all the stuff i plan to do with my hosting service and then tell me any names that pop into your head:
I code all my sites in adobe dreamweaver and i've got a nifty little application called Transmit that lets me turn my ftp server into web attached storage so its as easy as drag and drop. I'm probably going to have some sort of IRC or instant messaging chat on my site and i'll most likely find a third party plugin... That kind of coding is beyond my skill level. One of my sites in progress is a social networking site, and it uses jQuery, PHP, and mySQL to accomplish that at the moment. I need autoreply emailers and email forwarding at the least. I plan to add my own error pages so i need .htaccess. i need support for multiple domains, one for my portfolio and design website, and one for my social networking site. i might pursue an idea regarding adult entertainment, so if the host allows adult content that would be something to consider. My sites might gain a bit of traffic, so i need a host that will work WITH me instead of kicking me out on the curb or slapping on crazy fees when my traffic exceeds their limits. I dont like the idea of all my personal data a whois search away, so domain privacy would be nice. And SSL / merchant services would be nice too...-
ANSWER:
I agree rackspace is good, but price also matters, which is very high with rackspace. so i recommend to go for www.ichoosehosting.com, very cheap web hosting and you can also get access to your ftp and every thing in budget

I'd recommend FatCow. FatCow offers very fast and highest uptime website hosting deals. I've hosted a few websites on their servers, so far no problems at all. Their technical support at the server end is very prompt and they are quick in any resolution.Unlike many other big names who are expensive and at the same time their turn-around time for any issue is pretty longer. I'm happy with FatCow. http://www.webhostingbreak.com/fat-cow-support/
