How about billboards of caution at every corner? Maybe deportation of perpetrators and repossession of filthy villas? Their daughter in law Priya Agarwal (Nee Bali) has made a police complaint with the Bund Garden police against Ramkumar Agarwal - her father-in-law, Ajay Agarwal - her husband and Reeta Agarwal her mother-in-law. Also named in the complaint are her sister-in-law Sharmilee Kapoor and her husband Nikhil Kapoor.
Ramkumar, Ajay, Priya's mother-in-law Reeta Agarwal, sister-in-law Sharmilee Kapoor and her husband Nikhil Kapoor have been reported as 'untraceable' since Thursday night by the police.
Ajay and Priya (daughter of Y.K. Bali, a Dutch national of Indian origin) were married on January 29, 2007. On Thursday, Priya registered the complaint alleging that she was subject to physical and mental torture for dowry.
Priya Agarwal accused her father-in-law of trying to outrage her modesty and mother-in-law of misappropriating her diamond jewellery.
All the four suspects named by Priya have been booked under sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, apart from offences under IPC sections 498 (a), (cruelty by husband or his relatives), 354 (assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty), 506 (criminal intimidation), 509 (insult to modesty of a woman), 403 (dishonest misappropriation of property), 406 (criminal breach of trust) and 34 (common motive).
A police team has carried out searches at the Agarwal residence, 'Brahma Paradise' off Mangaldas road and two other properties in Koregaon area in the early hours of Friday to try and arrest the accused who're currently untraceable.
Fast track judge S.J. Kale rejected the anticipatory bail plea observing that all the five applicants have to be present in the court for seeking the relief. He said their absence showed that they weren't moving with clean hands.
The Agarwal family runs Brahma builders, The Residency Club and also controls Hotel Le Meriden Pune. Brahma builders has been in business for over two years. They are a established business family having constructed several buildings over the years.

My baby and I are hungry since morning.” As we talked she was crying.
I took them immediately to a nearby hotel and made them to eat. Later, I took them to the bus stand and assured her that her husband would return soon, asked her to go home since it was late night. I gave my money for their travel expenses. I said her, “If you asked the help from the person on auto instead of me, you would have been raped. Be careful to travel at this time alone. Go home and be safe.”

I met her more than 4-5 times and rested in her house, was introduced to her parents, but I never let her know about my previous marriage.

Firstly as your name suggest you are Hindu by religion & hence bound by the Hindu Marriage Act, 1954 which prohibits a second marriage during the lifetime of first wife or existing first marriage. This is applicable to even Christians who can only have one spouse at a time.The second marriage is void in law & hence your second wife shall not be able to claim legal rights of the wife against you which only your first wife can enjoy. However the children born by your second wife will be legitimate by virtue of section 16 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1954. You have committed an offence of bigamy punishable offence under section 494,495 of the Indian Penal Code under which either of your wife can anytime file criminal complaint against you & get you punished up to seven years imprisonment & fine. The act of indulging in bigamy is although not a cognizable offence hence no police F.I.R can be filled against you & only criminal complaint against you can be filed with the First Class Magistrate, however this can always be a thing which whenever disclosed to either of wives & their relatives can explode as a powerful bomb resulting in loosing both your wives in one go as your first wife seeking divorce from you on this very ground while the second one can always leave you anytime & get married anywhere else as she in no way legally married to you although you may have got married to her by valid marriage ceremony but that doesn't validate your marriage which remains void for all purpose but since that marriage ceremony was performed between you & her, the criminal complaint for bigamy get proved, wherein for prosecution both valid marriage ceremonies have to be proved with sufficient evidence & rest is on the court to decide the quantum of punishment for the accused person. By entering into a second marriage by valid marriage ceremony applicable to the person, such person make the biggest mistake of hanging a sharp edged Sword on his head for rest of his life & this what I presume you have done very boldly.
